Centered Text Block

The block pattern featured below can be added to a page through the Patterns menu, or by searching for Group in the insert modal. It is meant to be used in a group of columns. If used on its own it will display in the center of the window, subsequent additions will stack below the previous.

Color Block with Heading

The Color Block – Heading and Text pattern is developed similarly to the Color Block – Centered pattern. It is meant to be used in a columnar structure. The example below is a simple Columns block, with 3 columns added, and a block space of 3rem.

This is just the blog listing block. The comp shows a heading and link to View All, however I did not bake that in directly for this block. The block only has one option at this time, it is used to control how many blogs should show at one time. It’s default is 5.

The data is cached using WordPress Transients, and has a life span of one hour for now. We can shorten or lengthen that if we’d like.
